1. Shipping & Delivery

• Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday).
• Shipping Rates: Standard shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders.
• Estimated Delivery: 3-7 business days.
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
2. Returns & Refunds
At Phone Time, your satisfaction is our priority. If you change your mind or receive a faulty item, we are here to help.
• 14-Day Change of Mind: You may return unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
• Faulty Items: If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
• Return Shipping: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For faulty items, we will cover the return postage.
